YAY! My text book package arrived a couple days ago, which makes this all seem real. I feel like I've been waiting, waiting and anxiously waiting to start this program, and now it's only 22 days away! I've started to read 'Food and Healing', so far it's right up my alley and I'm feeling excited about investing in my education again. I've also started to gather toiletries and a wish list of other things that I might need while traveling. I just have to photocopy a few documents and certifications, finish packing, make gingerbread houses with friends, celebrate the holidays, and then I'm ready to go!
